1 – Length of stay:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The signatory customer of this agreement, for a specified period, shall under no circumstances invoke any right to maintain occupancy at the end of the sojourn.<\/p>\n

2 – Booking conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The reservation will be guaranteed by a payment per check, cash or bank transfer.<\/p>\n

3 – Rates
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

RATES WITHOUT TOURISTIC TAXES .<\/p>\n

Our rates are exclusive of tourist taxes.<\/p>\n

APPROXIMATELY 1,15\u20ac\/PERS\/DAY IN 2023<\/p>\n

The applicable tourist taxes will be applied at the time of the final billing of the stay.<\/p>\n

A supplement of \u20ac15 applies for any stay of one night.<\/p>\n

Bed linen sets, towels and beach towels are included for a stay of 7 nights or less, for higher stays we will take charge of renewing bed linen as well as towels.<\/p>\n

OPTION renewal of sheets on request: 10\u20ac\/ set (fitted sheet, 2 pillowcases, bolster, duvet cover).<\/p>\n

OPTION bath and beach towels renewal: 5\u20ac (the lot)<\/p>\n

4 – Cancellation by the customer:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Any cancellation shall be notified to the owner by mail or by phone<\/p>\n

Cancellation before the stay :<\/strong><\/p>\n

a) If the cancellation occurs more than 60 days before the start of the stay, the customer will not be liable for any fees.<\/p>\n

If the cancellation occurs less than 60 days before the start of the stay, the deposit remains acquired to the owner.<\/p>\n

c) If the customer does not arrive the first day of the agreed sojourn period, the agreement becomes null and the owner can dispose of his guest rooms.
\nThe total cost of the accommodation shall be due to the owner.
\nd) In case of shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation remains totally due to the owner.<\/p>\n

5 – Cancellation by the owner:<\/strong><\/p>\n

In case of cancellation by the owner, the latter will inform the customer at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.
\nThe customer without prejudice to recourse for reparation of damage that might be suffered will obtain the immediate reimbursement of the sums paid without penalties<\/p>\n

5- BIS – Cancellation in case of Pandemic:<\/strong><\/p>\n

In confinement imposed by the government, preventing all travel in the territory, we undertake to offer a credit (valid 18 months) for a future stay or refund in full the deposit paid at the time of booking.<\/p>\n

6 –\u00a0Arrival:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The customer must arrive on the specified day and time mentioned on the present contract. In case of late or postponed arrival, the customer must inform the landlord.<\/p>\n

Possibility of transfer between the station of Arcs Draguignan TGV or Vidauban and the Villa Bacchus: Price 10\u20ac\/journey for 1 or 2 people.<\/p>\n

7 – Valuables:<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is recommended not to let any valuable items in the vehicles. \u201cThe villa Bacchus\u201d should not be held responsible of any incident.<\/p>\n

8 – Insurances :<\/strong><\/p>\n

The customers are responsible for the damages caused by themselves. It is incumbent to them to be covered by a holiday insurance covering this type of risk.
\nFor damage not covered by the insurance, the repair costs will be charged to the customer.<\/p>\n

9 – Payment :<\/strong><\/p>\n

Deposit payment at the time of booking by bank transfer or cheque.<\/p>\n

Payment of the balance at the end of stay by cheque, cash or bank transfer .<\/p>\n

Credit card not accepted.<\/p>\n

The balance will be paid at the end of the stay as well as the charges for drinks, meals and additional services not mentioned in the contract.<\/p>\n

10 – Occupancy and use of the premises:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The customer must respect the quietness of the place and use it according to its purpose.
\nThe customer commits to leave the rooms in good condition, and to respect the non-smoking policy of the premises.<\/p>\n

11 – Animals:<\/strong><\/p>\n

consult us, small dog may be accepted subject to agreement, supplement 5\u20ac\/day, not accepted during the months of high temperature (July-August)<\/p>\n

12 – Forest fires:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The guests are committed to respect the protected areas around the villa Bacchus.
\nIt is therefore strictly forbidden to smoke outside the property, to avoid any accidental risk of fire.<\/p>\n

13- food and beverages\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

We inform our guests that it is forbidden to bring food from outside the establishment.<\/p>\n

The service of the aperitif is offered to the residents having reserved the delivery of the dinner.<\/p>\n

Ros\u00e9 wine is included to accompany meals with a quantity assessed by us<\/p>\n

14-swimming pool and spa\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
